Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any Products from the Site. By using the Website, you indicate that you accept these Terms and that you agree to abide by them.
2. Darlington and Exped are operated by Dowi Hosiery Mills (“We” or “Company”), a Company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with official address at 92 Rubbermaster Road, along T. Santiago Street, Barrio Lingunan 1443.

4. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without notice to you by posting changes online. You are responsible for regularly reviewing information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. You must not use any part of the materials on the Website for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or exploit in any way any the Contents or the Site.
3. Certain products are available exclusively online through the Site. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only through the Site according to the applicable return policy.
4. There may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
5. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

1. All orders placed before 1:00 PM between Mondays to Fridays, Philippine time (GMT+8:00), will be processed and shipped the next business day. Shipping may take 2-5 days depending on areas and weather conditions.
2. Items ordered after the cut-off times will be processed the next business day. Processing and delivery of all items received on weekends and non-working holidays will be attended to the next business day. Delivery time and shipping cost will vary depending on the courier company you choose as indicated in your order receipt.
3. We use the information that we collect solely to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use these information to:

• Communicate with you;
• Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
• When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising related to our products

Submission of personal information through the e-commerce site is governed by our Privacy Policy. This Agreement incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy.

1. Upon checkout, you will be informed (via the Site) the charges you must pay including Value Added Tax (VAT), and any applicable delivery charges. All prices reflected on the Site are in Philippine Peso (PHP) currency.
2. You shall pay for the Product in full at the time of ordering by supplying us with your credit or debit card details from a credit or debit card company acceptable to us, which we require in order to process your Order. Alternatively, you may pay by any method that we have said is acceptable to us, but in any event, we shall not be bound to supply before we have received cleared funds in full. Your credit card payments will be received and processed by our Payment Service Provider. Depending on the results of a credit check, we reserve the right not to offer certain forms of payment and to refer you other forms of payment.

1. Given the nature of our products, we do not allow returns or exchanges for hygienic purposes.
2. However, if the item is defective, then we would gladly be willing to exchange them.

Item/s delivered with factory defect/s must be reported immediately within 7 days upon receipt of the item/s. Item/s returned that are described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. If found defective or damaged, we will replace the item and pay for the appropriate shipping costs.

Procedure for exchanging the defective item:

2.1 Notify the company via Customer Contact form on the website of any problems within 7 days upon receipt of the item. Please specify the reason for returning the item/s and also specify which item this will be exchanged with.

2.2 The company will inform the customer if the item for exchange is available. If available, the company will immediately advise the customer to send back the item to the standard return address within 7 days of receipt of email notification.

2.3 For orders outside Metro Manila, kindly contact us here within 7 days after receipt of the purchased item.
